Orders are processed within 2-3business days after payment is confirmed.

Delivery times vary depending on the customer’s location. Lagos orders typically arrive within 1-2 business days, while deliveries to other states may take 3-5 business days.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information at checkout. NCN$ is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, unreachable recipients, courier delays or circumstances outside our control.

Once an order has been handed over to the delivery company, customers may receive tracking information where available.
